No BS - helpful I knew what I wanted and I drove away with a smile on face. I was given a fair value on my trade-in, which was very much appreciated after another Subaru dealership tried lowballing me hard. Both Tracey and Jim (and Alex, who I chatted with while all the paperwork was being done) very personable. No stress at all. Highly recommend and I look forward to the first service appointment!
