Hit and miss It's hit and miss here. The customer service people are friendly, but often don't call you when they say they will. I've waited for the service depart It's hit and miss here. The customer service people are friendly, but often don't call you when they say they will. I've waited for the service department to call me back several times but I'm always having to have to follow up. Most recently, my vehicle was ready for pick up but sat there for five days before I finally called them. The only time they do call me is to try and get me to "upgrade" my vehicle, even though I've asked them several times to stop doing that. They were even calling my work number and it was really frustrating. It's unfortunate they are the only Nissan dealership in town because otherwise I would try another place. I love my Nissan, but not this dealership in particular. More
