Best service we’ve ever received We were visiting Grande Prairie when we encountered some issues with our vehicle, we were no longer on warranty and to top it off it was a Sunday, all We were visiting Grande Prairie when we encountered some issues with our vehicle, we were no longer on warranty and to top it off it was a Sunday, all mechanic shops were closed and all rental vehicle places were closed... it was a very bad day as our stress level started to increase non stop. We called the Grande Prairie Nissan Dealer Ship and spoke with Colton, who treated us better than we’ve ever been treated before, even when we were getting service under warranty at another location. Colton and Brett both played a huge role in our experience and truly saved the day for us, they treated us beyond what anyone who ever expect from a Dealership, both my wife can’t thank them enough for helping us with arranging the mechanics to fix our vehicle, process a trade in, lend us a vehicle to drive home, process our new purchase and deliver it to our house. We were having a very bad day until Colton and Brett, made it all right for us. We couldn’t be more thankful/grateful/appreciative and lucky to have had their services. We only wish other dealerships and places would have the caliber of service that Colton and Brett give to their clients. Thank you again and cheers from Tumbler Ridge BC! More

She is Lady that is very educated about vehicles and knows her stuff and won’t steer you wrong, tells you the truth has the customers best interest and is helpful in suggesting what the best deal for you is.
