Helpful and make things right when they mess up Just purchased my 4th vehicle from GP Nissan and Ahmed in the past 10 years. This was my first used vehicle. Ahmed and the team always seem to be able to find what I'm looking for and find ways to make it fit into my budget. On this past deal, a couple of xxxxx got dropped between the sales team and the service team. Also, when I came to pick up my truck, it hadn't been cleaned yet. Ahmed listened to my concerns explained some of the challenges they've had since the Covid-19 crisis and did his best to get the truck ready to go. Then there was some miscommunication regarding a trailer hitch and harness. Once the team figured out the dropped ball, they made it right, gave me a courtesy car to use for a couple of days while they fixed the problem (and also corrected a check engine light issue) and everything was good. No one is perfect, nor is any dealership perfect. The difference between a good dealership and a bad one, is that a good one, when they've dropped the ball makes it right. GP Nissan does everything they can to make it right, so they have my vote of confidence. More
