The overall customer service was very good. We had everyone basically introduce themselves and help out with everything. They took us on a detailed test drive to show off the many features and drive everyone basically introduce themselves and help out with everything. The purchase was made fairly late in the day and unfortunately extended past service hours and everyone involved in the sale stayed to help and weren't impatient to get home as we tried to complete it as fast as possible. Very friendly, very helpful. Lots of knowledge. Another key to the sale itself was the building and the cleanliness and service that was provided while waiting and completing the transaction. Popcorn and beverages were provided and a play place is available for kids or those adults that prefer to re-live their younger side. Very clean and well maintained as well. A small downfall was the car we had hoped for was not in stock anywhere in western Canada but we were able to find a suitable match to our liking. The employees did a detailed search to see if it was available nearby but unfortunately it was not (Red Nissan Juke, loaded) . Overall the experience was good and the service was great. Good work and helpful staff made it easy to make the transaction. More
