Great bunch of people over there at GP Nissan, sales and finance staff was spectacular,and even thou they sold the first choice in color for my pathfinder, and the last one had a ding in it, they were more finance staff was spectacular,and even thou they sold the first choice in color for my pathfinder, and the last one had a ding in it, they were more then happy to see that it will be fixed, and got me outa my lemon for a van! the play place and popcorn kept the lil ones busy while we worked out the details.... great idea! I bought A Pathfinder form GP Nissan in 2011, I had a real bad experience. I told everyone I talked to not to use them. The Sales Manager at the time was terrible to deal with, and totally unprofessional real bad experience. I told everyone I talked to not to use them. I popped in to have a look one Saturday, and Heather came out and talked to me. I told her about the bad experience that had. She told me about the new management, and asked me if I would give her a chance to change my opinion on GP Nissan. I ended up buying a new Armada from Heather. She was really good to deal with. She stayed late so my wife could go on a test drive, and she was always friendly. Jeremy the new Sales Manager was real good to deal with. GP Nissan has come a long way with him as the Manager. I found the dealership as i was driving around, at the I found the dealership as i was driving around, at the time I was recently looking for a used truck. I decided id browse around the car lot even t I found the dealership as i was driving around, at the time I was recently looking for a used truck. I decided id browse around the car lot even though the weather was no help. That's when Heather Boo's came out to assist me even while it was pouring rain. I figured id take the time to see what the dealership had in stock. Heather went through multiple trucks trying to find the perfect one for me. Her personality and desire is what was really intriguing (no offense too any other dealer's but Heather definitely didn't seem to try and scam me). We test drove a couple trucks till the point where i definitely found the one i was looking for. The Truck was a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab with 70,000km. with a reasonable price. We came so close to making a deal except one problem, I wasn't satisfied with how many kilometers the truck had. Heather didn't stop their, she looked through other dealerships that were linked to Nissan but had no luck. Which is totally understandable cause its a hit and miss when looking for used vehicles, which was not her fault. Overall if we would have found the truck i was looking for we definitely would have made a deal. If I'm to rate this Dealership, id give you a 9 out of 10, the 9 is simply only because of Heather, the 10 would have been if i was actually able to drive off with a vehicle. Which is why i'm probably going to keep coming back. P.s if a deal was made she offered to throw in some Jerky! As i'm probably assuming she may have been kidding, if she wasn't id definitely would love some jerky!!! Thanks for your time. David Lambright More
