Happy Customers (Again)! My husband and I purchased an XTerra six months ago and had a year left on the lease of our Rogue, so we weren't looking for another vehicle. After receiving notice of a special offer, however, we figured it couldn't hurt to check into things. We'd had a great experience working with Jason the last time, and contacted him directly to get the answers we sought. In no time, he had answers... and then worked to get answers with which we were happy ;). We traded in our 2011 Rogue, cracked windshield at all, with no penalty and received a beautiful new Rogue with a TON of upgrades and better mileage for only a few bucks more a month. Jason and Jeremy were super accommodating, friendly and helpful, even assisting us with a couple of unrelated Service issues. We have had poor experiences at other dealerships; dealing with Jason is completely different. He makes buying a positive, pressure-free experience and he has earned our trust and our highest recommendation. More

Schelby and Mike, are who i highly recommend dealing with if anyone is to get a vehicle. I have passed both of their names around people I know and people who are looking for vehicles. Then talked to a gentleman named Jason Gillett and it was like night and day service. He gather an abundance of information, did tons of research and ended up getting me into a brand new vehicle exactly as I wanted it with 3 days... Most important was all the fun we had test driving the vehicles and going through the sales process! The hand off to Joanne in finance was awesome; she too was relaxed; explained things clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. My vehicle and the service department were also explained clearly; Chantelle gave me the lowdown on how it all works and the names of the people whom she works with. From beginning to end it was a positive experience. I have already given out two of her cards to friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle and I just bought my Rogue! Thanks again!! Best experience ever I wanted to get out of my truck and into and SUV and when I walked on Hyundai parking lot I was greated by Chantelle and her smile. She asked me what I wanted to get out of my truck and into and SUV and when I walked on Hyundai parking lot I was greated by Chantelle and her smile. She asked me what I wanted in a vehicle and told her I would like a Tucson. She is very knowledgable on every vehicle on the lot. We sat down and that day I got my Tucson. After about 9 months I realized I was not happy with my vehicle and really wanted to get the Santa Fe. Because vehicle was so new I wasn't able too. A month later Chantelle called me up and did her magic to get me into the vehicle of my dreams. She really knows what her customers want and she goes the extra mile to make it happen. I have dealt with her twice now and I will deal with her every time. No pressure, just honesty and a really nice lady going out of her way for you. Keep up the good work Chantelle. You are a great sales person and I have dealt with you twice and will continue to receive great service from you. More
