We were in Contact with Sheena about a year ago and we told her what we were looking for in a new vehicle. She understood what we were looking for and did not try and sell us something we did not want. She showed very good follow-up and patience and waited until we were ready to make a new purchase. She remembered what we were looking for and steered us in this direction and we were able to make a deal that we are very happy with. I appreciate the fact that she was not aggressive and followed up in a timely manner. When we did make the purchase she gave us a very thorough walk through on the options and how they worked on the vehicle.
