Going out and buying a car is stressful enough as it is, however this dealership really put me at ease with my decision. Joanne clarified what I did not understand about the paperwork. Wonderful guidance and hassle free This was our first time purchasing a used-vehicle from a dealership (normally used Kijiji) and only the third vehicle I've ever owned. Sheena Horseman This was our first time purchasing a used-vehicle from a dealership (normally used Kijiji) and only the third vehicle I've ever owned. Sheena Horseman was incredibly easy-going, friendly, patient, understanding, flexible and hassle-free. I never felt any "sale" pressure from Sheena. She honestly wanted to make sure we found a vehicle we were happy with even though it did take nearly a month and numerous test-drives. Turns out we were picky with a mid-range budget, but Sheena didn't blink an eye, she just kept smiling and letting us know when vehicles popped up that we might like. Customer Service was excellent during the process, but since purchasing the vehicle, I have never gotten responses to any of my emails or questions when I call other staff at the used-lot.
