James greeted me, even though he's upper management, they were sho Seriously, these guys made this snowy Saturday a PLEASURE to spend in a dealership! James greeted me, even though he's upper management, they were short staffed due to the extreme snowfall so he took it upon himself to help me out to start. Ryan soon showed up on his day off to help out, and lucky for me I was handed off to him to venture out on a test drive. He was so knowledgable about the vehicles, showing me every single feature of the Rogue and comparing it to other similar SUV's. He wasn't pushy and didn't leave me feeling as though he just wanted to make a sale. Both him and James made sure to emphasize the importance of me being happy with whatever decision I was to make, whether it was a purchase that particular day or not. I'm extremely happy with my experience at Grande Prairie Nissan, and with all the guys's help! I love my new Rogue and I blab to everyone about my positive experience. Ryan has kept in touch to ensure I'm happy with my vehicle and reiterate to call him anytime of I have any questions or concerns. I Look forward to dealing with them again in the near future! More
