Good until the deal is done I went in two weeks ago because my car had broken down and I had just made it back to Nissan. I was very upset with this car as it was only 4 years ol I went in two weeks ago because my car had broken down and I had just made it back to Nissan. I was very upset with this car as it was only 4 years old. After getting very poor directions from the service desk worker, i met Ahmed El Tayeb- one of Nissan’s salesmen. He got me to sit down with him to talk about a trade in, and eventually we found my truck, and I thank him for connecting me with it. But after signing for it, his salesmanship went downhill. I was promised weather tech mats with my truck, but had to point out they were missing, then had to text him to remind him that I still didn’t have them. A week later, they were available for me to pickup. I was also promised that I would be gaining a second key to my vehicle- I wouldn’t have purchased if I would have known they didn’t have the second when I signed. It’s been two weeks and Ahmed didn’t bother updating me. I tried to contact him but he ignored me until I went to the manager to ask. I also found out that Ahmed knew the updates of my key whereabouts but neglected to contact me. This salesman knows how to talk the talk, but he definitely doesn’t care when the deal is done. Our salesperson (Paige) went out of her way to accommodate us when we were shopping around for our new vehicle. She and everyone else we delt with made the whole process as seamless as possible. We purchased a showroom model which unfortunately had a dead battery just after we left the dealership. We called Nissan and they sent someone out right away. We later found out that it was the dealership manager himself that came straight away to our aid. Talk about customer care!
