Russell Thatcher When I went to Nissan to buy my car I was helped out by a guy named Russell who is responsible for getting me in my ford. First problem I was told there was oil all over the bottom of the oil pan and everything else, so asked that they identify where this oil came from (as they should have in the first place) it turned out to be nothing major at all. And might I add that it was rather painless asking them to do so. But I couldn't blame Russ. Over all my experience at Grand Prairie Nissan was good friendly staff and lots of laughs they do good things over there. More
