Terrible customer service. Agreed on a trade in price. Did all the paperwork, but didn’t sign the contract due to closing of store hrs. They told me to cancel the payments and Agreed on a trade in price. Did all the paperwork, but didn’t sign the contract due to closing of store hrs. They told me to cancel the payments and to get the total amount left owing on my vehicle for a pay out. The next day they ghosted for 4 days. Told me they lost the buyer for my trade in and couldn’t do the price we agreed on. Then they low balled me. They tried to say they were giving me a deal still. That they were giving me a 5000 dollars off the new vehicle which was already a federal incentive. Talk about shady xxxxxxx dealership. More
