Great service from I travelled from High Level, AB to Grande Prairie to trade in my 2010 Lancer for a Truck. I spoke to Jim Green the previous day to see if I would get I travelled from High Level, AB to Grande Prairie to trade in my 2010 Lancer for a Truck. I spoke to Jim Green the previous day to see if I would get approved for a vehicle. I did not want to travel to Grande Prairie unless I knew for sure I could bring back the vehicle the same day. Jim got to work right away and was able to get back to me with the good news, that I was approved for financing. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, Tracey was standing outside the entrance to greet me and my wife. She showed us two trucks and I fell in love with one of them during the test drive. Thanks to the great customer service, I was able to go home with a 2012 Ram Sport. The process was so simple and there was no pressure. Financing with Ted was quick and simple. I had a great first experience dealing with everyone there after our car ('01 Mazda Protege blew up coming back from Edmonton) and we needed a new car. The experience was an amazing one with Shannon going above and beyond for myself and my husband from picking us up, giving us a car to use for the weekend as we were not able to get the car on saturday when we were approved, to coming to my rescue when the car was not working for me and she came to fix the issue right away (silly me locked the steering wheel and couldn't turn the key)! We had one issue with the car almost feeling like the car was going to stall after breaking so Vickey-Rae was able to get the car in right away and had them flash the system:) Overall very very satisfied and when we need another new car we will be coming back to Mitsubishi and dealing with Shannon again. First new car for us both and we were very impressed and have recommended them to others:) More
