Impressive Sale by JORDAN SCHNARR Jordan Schnarr had contacted my wife about the car we had for sale on kijiji and autotrader... We always get these cold calls and were just going to w Jordan Schnarr had contacted my wife about the car we had for sale on kijiji and autotrader... We always get these cold calls and were just going to wait and sell it ourselves, for obvious reasons, but she thought she would appease him and go see what he had to offer! He showed her (and my son) a few cars that I had suggested to her plus named off a bunch that we weren't interested in at all. He then listened to her and when she told him what we were looking for and tossing around he took them right on over to their "sister dealership" GP Chrysler and low and behold there "she" sat on the showroom floor! Now I still wasn't convinced cause I was going for more of a classic muscle car where my wife wanted a newer more reliable and safer one to travel with our kids... The debate was on! Jordan left her with all the information and all the photos she wanted to take and left us for the week to research, debate, think, etc... When we came back on the Friday for me to actually drive it they proceeded to take it out of the showroom for me. From there they looked at our trade and when it came time to go over numbers and try to make a deal they came up on our trade in value, and after some negotiations, included & discounted some additional items for us. We then decided to go for lunch and pick up our daughter and discuss this big purchase we were about to embark on. Upon our return we did a bit more negotiations and to top it all off I drove my "new to me" car home that same afternoon! Between Jordan Schnarr (Mitsubishi), the Manager Brett (GP Chrysler) as well as the Finance Manager Tim (GP Chrysler) and of course ourselves we made this deal work and work fast! I'm very impressed and would reccomend this team to anyone. We were very happy with the way they all worked together through their Corporation even though they are designated to different stores. Severyn contacted his boss twice, talked to him, and no show. I ended up leaving - no numbers......and no sale. This wasn't due to lack of effort on the salesman's part. It would be great if he could have had the support of his boss. I would like to add an addendum to this review. I contacted Dylan the next business day to discuss my concerns. He indicated that they had been very short staffed that day and that they would do their best to make my experience at Mitsubishi a positive one. The staff there are knowledgeable and willing to help. More
