I had been looking at cars for a while. One day I drove through Grande Prairie Hyundai and seen the car I wanted so I left my number with one of the employees there. I had purchased the Veracruz in 2007 and I have never had a bad experience with this dealer ship so I wanted to stay with them. I was greeted at the door by this sweet young lady Chantelle. I came at her with my story and said I was looking to purchase a new Veracruz because if it had to be changed to just my name I wanted to see what I could get. Chantelle and Marshall said they were not making the Veracruz anymore, so Chantelle took me straight to the Sante-fa Sport to look at. We went for a little test drive and all my questions were answered. She was very knowledgeable in the vehicle details. What I like the best about this hole experience with Chantelle is that if she was unsure of anything she was confident in the fact that maybe she didn't know the answer but she was willing to go and find out. We had a great time talking about the vehicle and other things which made it all seem flawless. I must say that the entire staff at this dealer are all great, and I would recommend them to all my friends if they were looking to purchase.
