Waiting game, with zero communication My fiance and I purchased our vehicle in October. Everything was great, we loved the truck, and the guys who sold it to us. Unfortunately on the 4th o My fiance and I purchased our vehicle in October. Everything was great, we loved the truck, and the guys who sold it to us. Unfortunately on the 4th of January our truck was acting funny. It was saying reduced power, wouldn't go over 30 km/h and said service air bags and stability. The engine light was also on. So I called the service department and after 20 minutes of being on hold I talked to girl, explained what happened and she told me to bring it in right away if possible and they would look at it that day. Well when I got there a lady who was anything but pleasant asked me multiple questions while never actually listening to what I was saying. She asked me to get out of my vehicle and follow her, so I did. Before a minute passed a guy jumped in the truck and drove it out back, I hadn't even had a chance to grab my purse or anything nor was I asked if I needed anything out of the vehicle. The lady then told me that someone would be looking at it no later then the next day (Tuesday the 5th). I believed her. She told me she would call me when she knew what was happening. Well Tuesday passes by, then Wednesday, all day Thursday.. no call was made to me. Friday I call and i'm obviously frustrated because I haven't heard from anyone nor do I know what is going on! I talk to a girl who tells me to hold and 20 minutes later i'm still sitting on hold so I just hang up. Saturday still no call, my fiance and I take a drive through the parking lot to see if our truck is sitting there, sure enough its in the back parking lot covered in 10 inches of snow. Clearly it hadn't even been looked at since we dropped it off. Frustrated, we drive away confused and wondering how long it will be before we have a vehicle again! I call on Monday, I waited 15 minutes to speak to someone and then I hung up, called back and told the front desk girl I was needing to speak to someone higher then the girls who didn't know what I was talking about. Another 10 minutes of waiting and I talk to a guy who is quick to rush through our conversation. He tells me nobody has had a chance to look at it!! Really !?!?!?!? They tell me someone would look the same day and it's at this point 7 days later and not a single person has even looked at it, or called to tell me it hadn't been looked it. I have to call there myself to get answers which to this day I still haven't got. He assures me that someone will look at it, but everything up to this point has been a lie. He tells me will call me and let me know whats going on. Two days later no communication. Surprise, surprise. So it's now Wednesday the 14th, I have been without my own vehicle for 9 days. My fiance calls and they say someone looked at it but thats all so far and they will call before end of the day.... this is a never ending circle. Well it's now day 10, I haven't received a single phone call, not a single email, nothing to let me know what is happening. It is one thing that they were all helpful and wonderful when we bought our vehicle but is that were the customer service ends? No need for communication once the deal has been made? I said 3 months ago I would never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle but now, if I ever do get my truck back from these people, I doubt i'd ever use their services or buy a vehicle there again. More

I have had a vibration in my vehicle for nearly a year now every time I bring it to gp Chrysler they tell me it is the steady bearing and release it everytime I tell them drive the truck and you will feel the vibration and the binding in the front end that I am sure is a u joint but every time they say they can't fined nothing it's the steady bearing but they can't seem to figure out that every month and a half the put in a steady bearing the last time it was in there same thing now on bearing number four I am really tired of the xx then when I ask them about this they ask me if it vibrates but every time it's in there they tell me they drove it and can't find anything if they really did what they say they would know it vibrates and binders in the front end when turning the last time it was in there shop I had a bad batterie and wanted it checked to see which one was bad they tell me that there is a drain on the batterie due tithe aftermarket stuff put on I am not a machanic but when I checked it I notice when you put the meter on it makes a cercuit and the computer puts power to everything than shuts down within a minute if I can figure that out why can't there trained mechanics no woundering I can't get my truck fixed the truck now shakes so bad it has taken out the rear seal in the tranny the last time I had it booked in to be worked on they phone me two days before the appointment to make sure I will have the truck there but when I go to drop off the vehicle they tell me not to leave it as they are way to busy to work on it this is a work truck like most around here and cost us money in down time that they don't seem to eathier understand or care about just warning others that the sales side is good but it's a nightmare if you need work done on it after More
In and Out I went to haul my trailer out from camping over the past weekend. I put it in 4-low to back the trailer up to get my wheel chucks out because it was slipping on the wet grass. I went to put it into 2 wheel drive and it wouldn't move in any gear. I borrowed my buddies trailer and we hauled it to GP Auto Group, I spoke briefly with Tony Kunz explaining the dilemma. In less than 48 hours, he had it all fixed up, covered under warranty and ready to roll. I think Mr. Kunz is a huge asset to his company and I always look forward to dealing with him as he's very personable and diligent. More

Worst I have ever experienced in 65 years of life. Was told to call at 7 am next day for ride to pick up car ... I called at 11 am and was told car had not even been put in shop yet. If they needed two days to change oil and rotate tires the should have said so ... any other dealer in town could have it done in less than an hour .. why are you so incompetent and inconsiderate of customers ? A++ Experience with Service Representative I had smashed the back window out of my 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 while turning my fifth wheel too sharp. That same day within a few hours, Tony had tracked I had smashed the back window out of my 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 while turning my fifth wheel too sharp. That same day within a few hours, Tony had tracked down a new window and installed it. I was back on the road and out camping. What seemed like a huge setback to a gorgeous weekend was only a slight inconvenience with the excellent service provided by Tony. I will most certainly will be back in the future. More
