Both the parts and service department were very friend and helpful. I would and have recommended this dealership to others. More

The sales team was able to get me into the exact truck I wanted that comfortably fit my budget (thanks guys!). After a few weeks I started having some electrical issues with the truck (mainly with the radio). Sales provided me with Tony's name, saying that he would be able to look at everything for me. I do a lot of travel for work and Tony was able to fit me in when it was convenient for me. They are always quick on the draw with diagnosing the problem and fixing. I have had my truck in a few times with this electrical issue (not the dealer fault, just the truck acting up). Even though I have been a huge pain Tony has always been professional and has always helped out. I would highly recommend anyone whether buying from GP or not, to go speak with Tony for any service issues. Thanks Tony! More
I feel the need to warn anyone considering using these guys to service of their Dodge vehicle. I thought I was doing the smart thing by taking a Dodge vehicle to this Dodge dealership to have inspected an guys to service of their Dodge vehicle. I thought I was doing the smart thing by taking a Dodge vehicle to this Dodge dealership to have inspected and any necessary repairs done. Boy was I wrong, and the follow up was non existent! Even after calling the number that says to call if not 100% satisfied…I never even received a call back from anyone even after my service advisor, Tony, assured me they would contact me! Long story short, I bought them a Sprinter Van to inspect and repair due to a no start issue, 3 AND A HALF MONTHS to repair, which I was completely fine with as I did not want to rush a complete and thourogh repair and because I need this van as my daily work vehicle! They assured me all was good, I flew into GP, paid $3500 and drove home to Calgary, stopped overnight in Devon. Next morning…NO START, and I'm stranded 350 KMS from home!! and the NO START continued every morning of my first 21 days of ownership! After taking it to the Local dealer in Calgary, they had to fix many of the things GP Dodge said they fixed! I spent another $2500 on top of what they charged me to fix what they said they fixed! They broke a TPS wheel sensor, lost my bumper tow hook cover, did not balance my tires after they said they did, ESPAR heater was replaced, but never worked, A/C line was melted, they started it using ether!! None of this was in the inspection, but then they say it must have been like that the whole time!! I know items can get missed, everyone makes mistakes, but not even a phone call, apology, offer to get me started the next morning…anything! I even bought my service manager and mechanic a gift as a thank you for the lengthy repair process….I feel SO taken advantage of, I'm ashamed!! Please be careful and ask specific questions, question why things are taking so long, get their answers explained to you in writing!! It's is almost one year later, and I still have cold starting issues…anything under -1!! Obviously its not repaired and I may need to warranty work they've done or parts they've used. But, I cannot even receive a call back from them!! Thanks to GP Chrysler, looks like I bought a lemon, or their mechanics are too incompetent to repair their own vehicle…Something I thought I was doing right by bringing a Dodge Van to a Dodge service dealership?!? I even posted a review on their Facebook page, no response!! More
I feel the need to write this complaint to warn other people of the extremly poor quality of service we have recieved from the GP Chrysler Service department over the last couple weeks. We had our vehicl people of the extremly poor quality of service we have recieved from the GP Chrysler Service department over the last couple weeks. We had our vehicle booked in for a simple fix that is max a 3 hour job. After the vehicle sat in the parking for 3 days we started calling wondering what was going on. When calling to find out what was going on, no one knew what was going on. I was comtinusley given the run around and caught them in multiple lies as to what the status of my vehicle was. All I needed to know was when I would have my vehicle back because I had to drive home for christmas. I am so disapointed on how things have been so far. 2 weeks the vehicle was there and every time we called to see when it would be done or what was going on they were extremly rude. I will NEVER buy or recomend any one to this dealership ever again. It is a simple thing to do to let your customer know what is going on with their vehicle. I didnt appreciate being lied to and being treated so poorly. More
My name is Mark Troschuk and I am an Account Manager for Weatherford Production Services. I have been dealing with electrical problems on my 2009 Dodge Laramie 3500. I personally replaced the alternator, Weatherford Production Services. I have been dealing with electrical problems on my 2009 Dodge Laramie 3500. I personally replaced the alternator, fan belt etc and upon starting found it was to no avail. I called Norlan Chrysler initially and explained my dilemma to their Service Manager. I was told they were not taking bookings for two weeks! he mentioned that I could "drop my truck off next Monday and they would look at it if they had time"! I said that was unacceptable and that I needed my truck tomorrow. The Service manager's EXACT WORDS WERE,"Tell you what Mark...call GP Chrysler and ask for TONY...if anyone can help you out it will be HIM". No truer words have ever been spoken! I immediately called Tony and explained my dilemma. Tony said, " bring it in and we will take care of you"! Unbelieveable...at 5:30 in Grande Prairie! I drove my truck straight there and toni opened the shop door for me and waved me in. he took my information and asked me to go have a coffee in the waiting room and he would get it looked at. I didn't even have time to finish my cup of coffee and Tony was standing before me with a diagnostic printout. Tony proceeded to explain the problem to me and offerred me a solution. I was blown away! I was in around 6 and out of the dealership before 7 with a truck purring like a kitten. I can honestly say that as I left I felt very confident and overwhelmed with the attention and service I received. I would definitely share this information with EVERYONE at Weatherford and anyone else willing to listen. I want to say Thanks Again Tony...I do realize you were "only doing your job" but you went over and above with taking care of a stranger and treating him special. Thanks for fixing my problems and getting me back on the road! More
I stopped at my dealership today to make a appointment for some warranty repairs as my truck has 57000 kl on it and would like to have some things done while there is still some warranty left. Last summer for some warranty repairs as my truck has 57000 kl on it and would like to have some things done while there is still some warranty left. Last summer water from the ac drained in the cab flooding the carpet out, ( they could not find source so nothing was done) last winter the air bag lite kept coming on which was not fixed. Today I asked them if they could look at my winter front,( that has cracked from the cold) as well as my window seal that need replace. I was told I would have to book appointment and leave truck there yet again for another day so they could diagnose problem, then when parts are in would have to drop it off for another day so it could be fixed. the winter front has a visible crack and the window rubber is torn there is nothing to diagnose just look at it and if it is warranty order the pieces and call me when they are in. Dont seam to be too difficult to me. I bought a truck for my work I realize that they did not build it but they could surly work with a customer to book an appointment time and save diagnostic troubleshooting for people that have diagnostic needs. Way to go GP Chrysler my first and last vehicle from you's More
