I was on my way from Edmonton to Fort St John when my truck develops a ticking noise. Took it to the dealership because I didn’t know where to go in Grand Prairie. This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought at gp chrysler. And there won't be a 4th now. I half debated not buying from them again after my last truck but decided to try again. My trucks been sitting in there parking lot for over a month now with only 12,000km on it with no fix date to be had and keep getting the run around by people in the service department. Never again. Went to get oil change and tire rotation for warranty. They crossthreaded nut on way in then I went to do winter tire change and while removing nuts I had to get that stripped nut off and I’m doing so scr They crossthreaded nut on way in then I went to do winter tire change and while removing nuts I had to get that stripped nut off and I’m doing so scratched my rim because it would not come out straight so I called them and told them that they put it on crossthreaded as they were last people to have tires off so they fixed the stud and nut but said nothing could be done with my rim as I personally did it while trying to work with there screw up on my 2019 ram 3500 Laramie with only 14000 kms on it and the new set of 20 inch black out ram rims on it. So I will not be dealing with them anymore and told them to take me off any list they have to call me or contact me and I still get calls all the time from them . Honestly not even worth the one star as the scratching of my rims was after something that they messed up More

Ling story short they charged me $350 for 2 headlights and installation. Turns out theres an access panel in my wheel well and I just changed one myself in 5 minutes. Thanks for taking my money. More
Continued Amazing Service by the Team at GP Chrysler! Took my 2017 Jeep Compass in for a routine service and to look into a "rattle" in the vehicle while driving. It was an issue that I had previously dea Took my 2017 Jeep Compass in for a routine service and to look into a "rattle" in the vehicle while driving. It was an issue that I had previously dealt with a few years prior. Unfortunately the stabilizer links in my model of vehicle don't last, especially on Grande Prairie AB roads and potholes. I would be more upset at the fact I will likely have to change these out routinely (once warranty is up,) however the service I receive time and time again at GP Chrysler, outweighs the inconvenience of this "bad quality" part. Starting with the morning of the service, I dropped off my vehicle particularly late, or what is considered after their drop off time. Tony greeted me, and was very prompt with getting my on my way to work. Free shuttle was offered, but not needed. Throughout the day, I was updated with news confirming it being the stabilizer links again! Tony was awesome at explaining what the future looks like and how this part may affect me going forward as an owner of the vehicle. I really appreciated him looking into the longterm care of my car! He was even able to suggest what to expect, and how I can help maintain the "issue!" I feel equipped to deal with this, as much as it isn't ideal. Whether I come for a routine oil change (mine are covered, which is a bonus!) or getting a service done, I am continually impressed by every single member of the team at this dealership. My salesman Dale Scotton always greets me and checks on how the vehicle is treating me. The service team is stellar at their efficiency, and willingness to help me out! Kylie is also a great employee and always super quick to help as well! More
