As soon as you walk off the lot, you are Chrysler's customer The GM of this dealership stated this. So truly, if your vehicle breaks down after you buy it, it's not GP Chrysler's issue - It's Chrysler Canada's The GM of this dealership stated this. So truly, if your vehicle breaks down after you buy it, it's not GP Chrysler's issue - It's Chrysler Canada's issue and you can deal with them. My 2014 has been to GP Chrysler 12 times! Almost every component under the hood has been replaced. Every time I go in there, I think the staff hate their lives, as they are miserable and grouchy. I asked for my service records- they stated they needed 2 hours to print them off. GEEZ... really? In my opinion, just being rude. More

Doing Repairs Took my new 2016 truck in to get the check engine light looked at and Danielle Mathieson had Greg Brown check and deleted the code for me and said the Took my new 2016 truck in to get the check engine light looked at and Danielle Mathieson had Greg Brown check and deleted the code for me and said the part I need is back ordered. Went on my marry way happy that the command start worked again. But as I was on a long road trip the same problem came back. Stopped in and Danielle checked and found the part was going to be here the next day so she made an appointment for me. When I dropped it off I asked Danielle if they could look at the fifth wheel for me and see what they could do. When I picked up the truck I was so happy to see they put a mat down to keep the floor clean and they did fix the fifth wheel for me. So I would like to say I have never had a bad experience with the good service people or the staff in the back shop great job guys keep up the good work More

( previous truck also from there too)Vance was our salesman and he was very helpful and wonderful to work with !!! And thanks for the chat Vance when we were waiting for our first oil change ! Later We had a recall on our new caravan, just a A/C matter. Wanted to thank Don in the service area for being such a great person. Took great care of everything ! Then today, had to bring in our caravan again for the same thing. We got Don again in service by chance and just as before he was EXTREMELY helpful. They are completely swamped in that department right now and I have two little ones with me. oh no right!..the long wait BUT with the help from one of the floor managers inside Don arranged for a vehicle for us for the day. Such a piece of mind for this Mom! No one wants to wait with little kids, as he was very honest to let me know it will be awhile. Thank you bunches guys!!!! Don said to me, "no, thank you, for your patience" but its that great service that you extended to us that needs thanking and getting you this great review!!! It's not easy working with the public in a service industry (lol) but thanks for the great service today guys. ~kindness always goes along way~ And it's great to know that we will receive that each time we are there. We are a company out of Dawson Creek who have had many ugly experiences with our local Grainne and all the Service staff at Gp Chrysler are amazing!! We are a company out of Dawson Creek who have had many ugly experiences with our local dealer so we decided to check out the service department with these guys and Wow!! We are so happy with the care and attention to detail this company provides. Grainne is great getting us in and their mechanics are amazing!! Totally worth the hour drive for this service department!! More
