Today was a game changer as the amazing customer service that I normally expect from the Auto Group was not the same. I brought my vehicle into their service department to have a few of my concerns addressed. The service adviser was very rude to me as I was trying to explain my concerns listed on the work order. I am not a mechanic and really have no knowledge of anything to do with vehicles (obviously why I bring my vehicle here) so when my husband suggests that I have a mechanic look at it I bring it in, but I felt as though she did not believe what I was trying to explain and by the look on her face I felt like she was mocking me. I get a call a while later asking me "where the noise was coming from?" I thought that's why I wanted a mechanic to look at it. Then I receive another call telling me to come pick up my vehicle. They "unfortunately did not find any of my concerns to be valid" (this should be a good thing...at least for me). The service adviser's tone was still of a mocking nature and I felt very silly. I was told to "be aware that the next time I bring my vehicle in for something and they find no fault, I will have to pay for the technician." Fair enough, but I wasn't being dishonest about my concerns. Why would I want my vehicle to be left at the dealership for potentially 1-2 days for no reason? Anyway, GP Chrysler service department will not see our vehicles again. In the future I will go somewhere where I won't feel laughed at. Super disappointing as this dealer has always been our one and only! More

Thank you Don I have had a few oil changes done here while i still had their VIP service card, always great fast service. When that ran out, I took care of all the I have had a few oil changes done here while i still had their VIP service card, always great fast service. When that ran out, I took care of all the services on my own since I am a red seal journeyman technician. A few years ago though, had them install command start in my truck, made an appointment for Saturday, where my truck sat all day and never made it into the shop. I was not happy. Brought it back Sunday, Don made sure that i got the install done quick. Skip a head a few years, brought my truck back in for a set of tires and a few warranty repairs. Don again took care of getting by truck done, got the exhaust leak at the manifold fixed and the right hand oil seal on the front axle replaced. they took care of the left hand oil seal, u-joints, and pinion seal as well while it was there. Well, my truck lasted about 10 km after leaving the shop before the front axle piled up from pinion bearing failure. Was able to limp the truck back to GP Chrysler where I dealt with Danielle, she was able to get me into a loaner vehicle. Truck was quickly diagnosed and parts ordered, too bad parts were out of the states. Chrysler pays for a rental for warranty, and between Don and Danielle, I was quickly put into a rental at the air port due to my schedule. At the airport, Enterprise completely let me down and left me stranded. Don stepped in and picked me up after hours to make sure I was not stranded. I was put in a rental the next day from the awesome Enterprise team in town. After 2 weeks of being in a rental, my truck was finally done. Umm not quite, the alignment done after replacing the front axle wasn't done quite right and left me with a crooked steering wheel. So around the block and back to the shop. Don once again took care of the issues. Man that guy is a hero to GP Chrysler. His level of service and professionalism is amazing. The quality of work i have recently had done is not quite what you would want to expect from a dealer, but the rest of the team i got to work with left me satisfied when the entire job was all said and done. I'm sure I'll be back and just hope i get to work with Don again and have better luck with repairs. Thank you Don, for all of the help you have been, It is definitely greatly appreciated. More
