I feel that well over a dozen return visits in the past 12 months is more than a fair enough chance for your service technicians to address the issues. I now go to a private mechanic, for less than half the hourly charge, and the problem is fixed the first time, PROPERLY. It has already cost me over $3000 to correct the issues that G.P. Chrysler was not able to resolve. I highly suspect the mediocre repairs were deliberate, as the truck was nearing the expiry of warranty.
