Ling story short they charged me $350 for 2 headlights and installation. Turns out theres an access panel in my wheel well and I just changed one myself in 5 minutes. Thanks for taking my money. More

It was an issue that I had previously dealt with a few years prior. Unfortunately the stabilizer links in my model of vehicle don't last, especially on Grande Prairie AB roads and potholes. I would be more upset at the fact I will likely have to change these out routinely (once warranty is up,) however the service I receive time and time again at GP Chrysler, outweighs the inconvenience of this "bad quality" part. Starting with the morning of the service, I dropped off my vehicle particularly late, or what is considered after their drop off time. Tony greeted me, and was very prompt with getting my on my way to work. Free shuttle was offered, but not needed. Throughout the day, I was updated with news confirming it being the stabilizer links again! Tony was awesome at explaining what the future looks like and how this part may affect me going forward as an owner of the vehicle. I really appreciated him looking into the longterm care of my car! He was even able to suggest what to expect, and how I can help maintain the "issue!" I feel equipped to deal with this, as much as it isn't ideal. Whether I come for a routine oil change (mine are covered, which is a bonus!) or getting a service done, I am continually impressed by every single member of the team at this dealership. My salesman Dale Scotton always greets me and checks on how the vehicle is treating me. The service team is stellar at their efficiency, and willingness to help me out! Kylie is also a great employee and always super quick to help as well! More

Service Earlier today I had an appointment to get my wife's vehicle serviced. I had been getting calls by the dealership for months trying to get me to come i Earlier today I had an appointment to get my wife's vehicle serviced. I had been getting calls by the dealership for months trying to get me to come in to service both my vehicle and the wife's vehicle. Then this week when they called I finally had time to take one of the vehicles it for a recall and a general service. When i asked the person who i booked the appointment with if I should drop it off or stay with it, she seemed to discourage me simply dropping it off. Then when I dropped it off this morning the service clerk who took my vehicle gave me no indication of how long it would take but casually mentioned that they had s shuttle service. I has told him that there was no point for me to leave just to come back soon after getting home. The service department was empty and I knew that the service normally didn't take long. I waited 3 hr waiting for my vehicle while the whole service bay was empty. After 3 hours I was finally advised that I was looking at another 2 to 3 hours. At no point did anyone have the decency to to tell me how long it would take while I waited in a small lobby with a few others that came and left while I waited. This is not the first time I have had a vehicle take 5 to 6 hours longer to get done than expected when I dropped it off. I had believed it was because they were busy. But after watching how dead it was their for 3 hours I now strongly believe it was due to their horrible planning. Clearly they are booking appointment when in fact they don't have anyone available to work on the vehicle until a later time. Otherwise there should be no reason for the delay and that when i went to grab something in my vehicle there was no one in the shop working on any of the 5 or so vehicles there. With social distancing being so important due the current outbreak I was shocked that not only was their service horrible and that no one made any attempt to advise me of how long they expected it to take, I was stuck it a very public space expecting to be done any minute when i should had been at home minimising any contact with others. If they truly cares about having good service especially during a crisis such as the one we are in they would have taken better steps and keeping people informed and not all grouped up waiting in a confined space as they waited for what should be a quick service.. Another Warranty Service with Exceptional Service I am always impressed with the service department at GP Chrysler. I have left countless times VERY satisfied with the service I've received. This time I am always impressed with the service department at GP Chrysler. I have left countless times VERY satisfied with the service I've received. This time, I had brought my 2017 Jeep Compass in because of a routine maintenance check as I had just hit 50k kilometers and wanted to do my due diligence. I also had a concern because I was having issues with my infotainment centre. Last but not least, I had smashed my fog light out (my own doing) and therefore wanted to get that replaced. It went in last week, the check was done and minor replacements were needed. They determined I needed to completely replace my radio system, and parts were ordered that day (all under warranty). The fog light parts were ordered as well. In less than a week, I got the call that parts were in and that it could go in for service. This morning they had all the work done in less than 2 hours. Friendly and efficient service, as always! My standards for servicing my vehicle have been set high now because they're so awesome, and I'm NEVER disappointed. Kestyn is super knowledgeable and gets it done! One day I couldn't pick my car up until after my shift was done at 6pm, (they close at 6pm) and Kestyn was very accommodating to allow me to show up shortly after. She handed me my keys and I was on my way! More
