He explained everything thoroughly and had no problem clarifying any questions that I had. At no point during my time with Simon or Moiz did I feel pressured into buying anything. On the day that I was picking up my vehicle both Simon and Moiz were there to go over all the paperwork and made me feel very comfortable with this purchase. I was told many times that if I have any questions or concerns to give Simon a call and he would be happy to help me. Overall I had a great experience at Gorruds and would definitely recommend going here when looking to buy a car. More

Ziggy was very accommodating, allowing me 2 different test drives in snowy weather conditions and was a pleasure to deal with overall. Peter in finance was great to deal with. At no point in my dealings with Ziggy or Peter did I feel pressured into buying anything. Options and warranties were explained to me and left up to me to decide whether I wanted to take them or not without the "guilt trip" tactics used in previous car purchasing experiences. I definitely recommend Gorruds to anyone looking to buy a car. More

I found Jason to be very friendly, professional, helpful, listened to what I had to say and not pushy. I disliked like the Sales Manger trying to get me to finance the car, when I was paying cash. This actually upset me. He tried several times. The Financial Services Manger was a very nice person who was doing his job, trying to sell me over inflated after market warranties. (personal opinion) . Most consumer protection agencies tell you to stay away from these type of warranties. This is a very difficult job, I would like to be in his shoes. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
