excellent customer care I took my wifes Kia in for its first free oil change. The mechanic reported that he believed the condition of the brakes compared to the low miles we I took my wifes Kia in for its first free oil change. The mechanic reported that he believed the condition of the brakes compared to the low miles we had put on this used vehicle indicated that the brakes were in a sub standard condition when we purchased it and it should not have been sold in this condition. The situation was resolved by a coordination of the mechanic, service advisor and service manager who arranged for me to take the vehical directly to the dealer who immediately arranged for a new brake job as required which I also received excellent service.
