MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO VAULE HIS CUSTOMERS It is very clear to me that this dealership and its staff including the management is extremely rude and unprofessional. As a customer I put up MY rev It is very clear to me that this dealership and its staff including the management is extremely rude and unprofessional. As a customer I put up MY review as with the experience that I had. I spoke to the general manager to try to get our issue resolved. I contacted him to give him suggestions and was told” why would I want to help you when you took two jabs on my business?” He also stated “the review was a lie”. As a business owner I would of expected better, I know see where his staff gets there unprofessionalism from. We are so disappointed with the outcome. We thought we could of gotten some where with this. I would have never in a million years think that by writing a review our issues would not be resolved. I wish we had read the other reviews before coming to such a scam of a dealership. People work hard for there money to be sold/told a lie just for you to sign your name on the dotted line. The minute you do that you get the keys and walk out the door they are done with you. Now we are stuck with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with NO AC. This is totally unacceptable and this dealership clearly does not value there customer hence all the negative reviews. More
