Superb customer service & passion taken in selecting my car I wanted to get a car desperately and after being turned down by the major banks and dealerships, I decided to go to a couple of used car dealers that I wanted to get a car desperately and after being turned down by the major banks and dealerships, I decided to go to a couple of used car dealers that had the reputation of helping people get cars with not so good credit. After being told by one dealership that I would need to pay an insanely high interest rate, I decided to go to Good Fellow Auto as my last resort. Not only were they able to get the car that I wanted, but they were able to get it financed at a good rate. In addition the passion that was put into getting me a great car with the most value for the buck totally surprised me. I cannot thank Alex enough for getting me a great car in such great condition (2013 Nissan Altima). I would definitely recommend G.F.A. to anyone looking for a good condition car at a great rate that have not so good credit. Alex goes out of his way to try and secure the best deal possible for you and his customer service and fast action complements his great personality. A lot of different cars just walked in after seeing it when I passed by and decided to go in to take a look. I fell in love with a ford edge they had with a big sunroof chrom just walked in after seeing it when I passed by and decided to go in to take a look. Will get good interest rate BUT becareful with the vehicle! I purchased a vehicle here and came with couple of problems. Crack windshield, sunroof not working, and saying it needs an oil change. So I contacted I purchased a vehicle here and came with couple of problems. Crack windshield, sunroof not working, and saying it needs an oil change. So I contacted Tyler back who is the car salesmen and of course who sold me the car. He told me I need to come in and so I did. Said his mechanic team forgot to reset the car and oil changes has been made before I purchased the car. The sunroof they are willing to fix which they also forgot and I had to wait for few hours even though I have made an appointment with him and listed the things his team missed. His guy came in 2hrs late! On top of that I have to wait another few hours! Windshield they are not going to fix so there goes $400 of my money and shopping to find a mechanic. Overall, these guys will give you a car with fair interest rate however please test drive the car and double check everything before purchasing it, even take pictures inside and out. I know that sounds stupid but if you want to spend extra $400 then by all means. I won't recommend this dealership to anyone. Just be careful and all the best. More
