He knew the trailer inside and out, answered all our questions without any pressure, and helped us find the right fit for our family. The walkthrough at pickup was thorough, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. Thanks, Riley and the Go RV team. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE — SHADY SALES AND A DECEITFUL FINANCE DEPARTMENT My experience with Go RV was awful. The BMW X3 was advertised at a competitive price, but needed a windshield, brakes, tires, scratch repairs, and had a check engine light and tire pressure sensor issues. They charged me $3,000 for their “Back to New” package, which apparently only covers what you specifically notice and ask them to fix. I drove away with bald tires, unresolved warning lights and sensor issues, scratches that weren’t buffed out, and a key fob they wouldn’t even put a new battery in. The finance department was even worse. They added approximately $3,700 in GAP insurance and related charges to my loan. When I declined, they told me the lender required it. That was a lie. They then claimed removing it would mean I wouldn’t get approved for financing. Absolutely unacceptable. This experience left me feeling deceived and ripped off. A $3,000 reconditioning package should mean something, and financing should never involve misleading customers into buying products they don’t want. My advice: BUY YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE. Get everything in writing, question every charge, and verify what the finance department tells you. Go RV has completely lost my trust. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy a car from them again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. More
Great selection and inventory, but the customer service experience was disappointing. I reached out about a trailer I was interested in because it was at a good price point. Throughout the process, I en experience was disappointing. I reached out about a trailer I was interested in because it was at a good price point. Throughout the process, I ended up dealing with three different people from the Leduc dealership, which made the communication confusing. I asked about this and was told they were just helping each other out, but I still found it difficult to get clear, consistent answers when being passed between multiple people. The trailer I was interested in had been listed for about $2,000 less a couple of weeks earlier, so I wanted to discuss the pricing. Instead of addressing that directly, I was sent a link to a similar trailer that was actually more expensive than the one I was considering, which only added to the confusion. The in-person viewing was also underwhelming. The staff showing the trailer were polite, but they did not seem very engaged or prepared to discuss the sale in much detail. I was not asking for much in terms of negotiation; I mainly wanted to discuss whether a battery could be included with the trailer. The most disappointing part of the experience was meeting with the manager. The conversation did not start off well, and they seemed annoyed by reasonable questions about pricing. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and made the buying process more uncomfortable than it needed to be. All in all, the dealership has a strong selection, but based on my experience, the customer service and management approach need improvement. More

We purchased our RV at GO RV in Red Deer which closed down less than a year after our purchase. We bought there because it was local and because of the Adventure Club benefits. Now our closest option down less than a year after our purchase. We bought there because it was local and because of the Adventure Club benefits. Now our closest option is Leduc. The issue is that the Adventure Club is only open from 10am to 5 pm Monday to Friday which makes it impossible for working people to utilize a benefit that was definitely paid for in the price of our RV. After contacting GO RV in Leduc to see if there were any options for people in my position, I was told I was out of luck. When I asked if I should just throw away my GO Card, I was told when it comes to the Adventure Club, I might as well. Fortunately, there are several other dealerships in Red Deer, that will be glad to take my money for service and repair work in the future. I would not recommend buying from any GO dealership as you never know when they'll close the doors and you'll be S.O.L. More

Don’t go here. If you do, watch out for the finance office. We bought a trailer and were ‘handled’ by the finance person, Stephen Connell. He started by cutting me If you do, watch out for the finance office. We bought a trailer and were ‘handled’ by the finance person, Stephen Connell. He started by cutting me out of the signing so only my husband signed the deal despite or because my husband said he wanted me to look over everything before he signed. He spoke only about payments which were continually changing terms and amortization periods, and did not disclose the price of items he was adding to the sales contract verbally. He distracted me with insurance issues while shoving the sales contract and extra add on contracts in front of my husband to initial 8 add on items totalling $23,601 worth of additional warranties and insurance items, not just on the trailer we were purchasing but also 3 separate add ons on our personally owned truck! When questioned about the add ons the next day when I had a chance to review the all 28 pages of paperwork, he insisted he had gone over everything and my husband had accepted everything by signing the bill of sale. Technically correct, but $23601 of slimy sales add ons worth almost a quarter of the price of the rv we were purchasing. Please don’t be fooled into shopping here with their flashy ads for trailers. Look up their BBB rating. It’s F, which is lowest possible rating, for a reason. More
Called today and talk to nathan to inquire about trailer and seems like the sale rep not interested as I have to much question's about the trailer and how much bi-weekly I'm looking at it and what in total. and seems like the sale rep not interested as I have to much question's about the trailer and how much bi-weekly I'm looking at it and what in total.
