I am very happy with my new purchase. The people were great and supportive. The only problem is everything takes far much time and the maintenance shop has issues. This is now the second The people were great and supportive. The only problem is everything takes far much time and the maintenance shop has issues. This is now the second time within a month. The first time my truck was dirty inside and they forgot to reset the fuel filter life. Now, the dealership installed a tonneau on my new truck. When making the appointment, I was told it takes one hour (which is reasonable). When I brought the truck at 7:45 am, I was told, it will take 90 minutes (still ok), but eventually it took 3 hours and 30 minutes and the door sill of my brand new black HD Denali was badly scratched (definitely not ok). I have to seriously ask myself, do they really care about a customer who just spent $120k on a new truck? More
