This was the best car buying experience I have had ever. I arrived to my appointment and Larry (sales consltant) was there and ready to help at once. He was very helpful in showing me the car I had selected I arrived to my appointment and Larry (sales consltant) was there and ready to help at once. He was very helpful in showing me the car I had selected on the Go GM North Surrey website, and walked me through the basics and features of the vehicle. In know time I was good to go on my test drive. Upon returning, Luke (sales manager) had a look at my trade-in and in very little time the paper work was drawn up and I was presented a first offer. After a very painless and reasonable negotiation we had numbers Luke and I we could all agree upon. All this time Larry is taking hits from both sides. Good man. In no time I'm invited to the final numbers crunching office with Blake (financial services manager). Blake had it all laid out and ready for review. We went over the extended protection plan options and once clear on the plan option, financing term and financial institution of my preference we finished the corresponding paperwork. After that, to do the ICBC docs, and that was a breeze as well thanks to Vi. I'd say that from driving in with my trade-in and driving out with my "new" pre-owned wheels, it took less than 4 hours all on a single day. That to me is record timing.
