After purchasing a mini minor - less than 30 days ago - I wrote a great review for 'Sunny'. Then my battery died. Sunny told me when leaving the lot that they'd look after me with my used vehicle for 30 days wrote a great review for 'Sunny'. Then my battery died. When I called him to ask about the battery he flat out told me that I probably left the accessory on Not. We all know that batteries can be at the end of their lives as was obviously mine. Mini batteries are tricky to access so this one's going to cost me. I'm on the island. Sunny is in Surrey. I will have to eat the cost - but just wanted to retract all the glowing things I had previously said. Sunny was not exactly the sa.e helpful guy - when I had a problem. More

Recently financed a 2010 Camaro from Go North Surrey GM. The vehicle was delivered 3 weeks later than promised. The car was delivered via the ferry to Vancouver Island with dashboard errors regarding broken The vehicle was delivered 3 weeks later than promised. The car was delivered via the ferry to Vancouver Island with dashboard errors regarding broken tire sensors, and worst of all a "Check Engine" light on the dash. I contacted the salesman Larry who advised me to take it into a mechanic/shop to have the car repaired (I still had yet to drive it) or ignore the check engine light.... I messaged the Sales Manager Luke Gelech multiple times but he has never responded to me (it's 2021 and there are still sales managers who feel this is acceptable?) So pretty much worse case scenario. I've never bought a car that needed immediate repairs, or been ignored when I've voiced my frustration over all of this. Beyond frustrated and disappointed with this team. More
