After expressing interest in a car verbally on the phone with a salesperson and confirming the price, two days later (on the day we were to test drive it) the price was increased by $1000. This is something I only found out when I went on the website to check the address. Even when talking with the salesperson that day, he did not mention they had upped the price. When speaking to the sales manager, he said they raised it $1000 with no notice because it needed a new headlight and “some brake work” (so, if I had purchased it 2 days earlier they would have sold a car to me with a bad headlight and brakes?). The sales manager also said this was “standard practice” with them. So, I write this review to alert others about this practice so they know what kind of dealership they are working with in advance. Buying a vehicle at this time is just crazy, we have been looking for almost 3 months and finally we narrowed it down to buying a big family vehicle.
