Communication was 2/10. I asked for supporting documents to the loss of oil issue and was never given any documents. Was just told it’s common. Sales experience was excellent. Amisha answered all my question and I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle I was not happy with. My overall experience at the dealership was extremely disappointing. If not for the salesperson and general manager’s assistance, I would have left immediately. The wait time was unreasonably long—three disappointing. If not for the salesperson and general manager’s assistance, I would have left immediately. The wait time was unreasonably long—three hours just to meet with a finance manager. The first finance manager, Marium, was incredibly unprofessional. She was rude, aggressive, and repeatedly placed the blame on us for stepping out for dinner after waiting for two hours. Her dismissive tone and frequent use of “I understand… BUT” made it impossible to have a productive conversation. Additionally, she unfairly blamed me for issuing a bank draft beforehand, even though it could have been easily reissued with the presence of salesperson at a bank. By the time we finally met with her at 8:00 PM, the banks were already closed, making her argument completely unreasonable. Overall, the experience was frustrating—excessive wait times, an unprofessional and confrontational finance manager, Marium and a clear lack of proper customer service. However, I do appreciate Jason’s efforts in promptly switching us to another finance manager, which helped salvage the situation. More
I had a terrible experience from the moment I walked into this dealership. The sales tactics were dishonest, and communication throughout the entire process was awful. Just two days after taking ownership of my vehicle, I started encountering problems. When I reached out to the sales associate, I was told to handle it myself. I ended up taking my new car to Ford, where they discovered it had a dead battery. Thankfully, they replaced it under warranty, but this should never have happened. It was clear that no pre-sale inspection was done, despite my repeated requests for one. The salesman promised to provide it but never followed through. I also had interactions with several managers, including Corey, who was one of the most dishonest individuals I've ever dealt with. On the other hand, Tom was helpful and actually seemed to want to resolve the issue when it was escalated to him. Overall, I do not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
