Hi I can start off to say the (assistant)/ manager of sales who sat and did the entire deal seems like a good person who pushed to get numbers close. When I picked up my 2025 GMC 3500 Hd and I asked the sales person for a complimentary free umbrella or something, she said they don’t do that anymore. My older GM dealership where I bought 2 times before gave me a free jacket and metal water bottle The first time I was given a credit at the service. Also about 3 months ago I asked the service department to check my batteries during service on my truck and they said they were good and they died 2 days after and my truck diesel would not start. I changed both batteries outside in the rain. More
