They lied about being authorized by my warranty when they took my car in to do diagnostics. After having it towed to an authorized repair shop, I found out it was just the starter. Despite their misstep this dealership STILL charged me for their INCORRECT diagnostics. They were rude on the phone and not pleasant to deal with at all during a stressful situation. I will never return there and I do not recommend them at all. More

Do not deal with this dealership. It has been over a month that I’ve been calling about an overcharge, and I still have not received my refund. I was told several times that the money was sent to the bank, but nothing ever showed up. The finance manager even asked me to email proof of the overcharge, which I did immediately, but I never heard back. He stopped answering my calls, and every time I contacted the dealership, I was given different and conflicting answers. First they said the refund was already sent, then later admitted it wasn’t sent at all and that I had to wait longer. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I am still waiting for my money. More

Went in for an issue with my music playing cutting in and out and not connecting at all. They said there were two codes they reset seemed ok for about half a day and now it’s doing it again. The sales person lied regarding collisions on the vehicle. Their service department didn’t even catch that the tailgate didn’t work. They were unable to fix it at the dealership so they had to send i vehicle. Their service department didn’t even catch that the tailgate didn’t work. Once it was completed they said just to come get it, I waited an hour and a half for them to find it no one knew anything about the truck. When they did find it I was told it had already been detailed and they would bring it out. They never cleaned the inside there was animal hair all over the front seat, an old parking pass from the previous owner still on the dash and leaves and sticks on the engine. The repair they did was still covered in bon-do dust and water and there was still cherry blossoms in the tail gate cracks. They have never responded to my text messages and you only get to talk to them if you’re standing in front of them. Honestly the financial guy and the ICBC insurance guy was more helpful. NEVER RETURNING OR GETTING MY VEHICLE SERVICED THERE. More

The salesman Anand I believe was fantastic but they are extremely aggressive when it comes to pushing warranties.
