I had to give 1 star so I could give a review. I “thought” I made the right choice when I chose this dealer. I didn’t. It has been nothing but trouble. I purchased a used vehicle. I live about 4 h I “thought” I made the right choice when I chose this dealer. I didn’t. It has been nothing but trouble. I purchased a used vehicle. I live about 4 hours from Edmonton I purchased winter tires on rims. When I left I was told they would be there in a couple days. Weeks later I hadn’t heard they were in but planned a trip to Edmonton assuming the tires would be there but they forgot to contact me. I had messaged the salesperson on Friday to ask if they were there. I heard back on Saturday they were not there. I had made the trip for nothing. They were there early the next week. I made another trip to Edmonton to have the tires put on. I received a video that said they had done an inspection on my vehicle. You can clearly see the “mechanic” toss my air filter on top of the motor. I assumed it had been put back in. Weeks later I got the oil changed and my air filter is sitting where the mechanic tossed it. I was advised how terrible this is for the motor. I immediately reached out to the dealer to inform them. They apparently missed my message so I reached out again. This time they did call. I missed it. 16 days later I received an email from them. I replied to the email that I wanted their offer to a resolution in writing. Weeks later I receive a message from AMVIC that I had refused their offer after they tried multiple times to contact me. They tried twice. The phone call I legitimately missed. The email I responded to. I have been told my vehicle “should” be fine. I “should” have been able to get tires installed without an inspection I didn’t ask for or authorize. Now I am left with a vehicle I don’t trust. Not once was I offered an apology. That would have been appreciated. More

Buyer beware, you will be lead to believe you have to buy things you do not need. My purchase was surprisingly seamless and comfortable, considering past experiences at other dealerships. Aman, my sale representative, was informative, honest, and sincere in her efforts to accommodate. Her communication throughout the process was great, and we found the perfect vehicle which she helped negotiate. Even the sales manager's were easy to deal with! All in all, I would definitely recommend Go Nissan North to anyone interested in making a normally painful experience, a great one! More
I had a really disappointing experience with this dealership. I drove six hours to pick up a car that they assured me had no issues, but when I arrived, it was clear that the car had been smoked in f dealership. I expected better transparency and customer service, but I left feeling frustrated and misled. I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on my experience to anyone. More

My wife and I bought a vehicle from Sophear last year. I usually wait a bit to write a review as I want to see what kind of after sales service we receive. Sophear has been the best sales person we have ever purchased a vehicle from. His knowledge is impeccable, and he is absolutely a blast to chat with. Sophear has called both myself and my wife on our birthdays, who even remembers to that anymore? He wished us a Merry Christmas, Happy New Years, and sent us a Happy Anniversary card! Sophear has always provided answers to any questions relate to our vehicle, and was even able to answer my neighbors question better than the guys who work at Honda! We are retired now, and this is our last vehicle purchase and I can say that this is the best car buying experience we could of asked for. Thank you Sophear. More
