Pathetic dealership Bought a used vehicle here. Disaster. It was mentioned during the discussion that there will be a block heater. Forgot to make sure it is indeed there Bought a used vehicle here. When asked to fit one they wanted to share the cost. Gave only one set of Keys. When asked for the spare, they wanted to check with another dealership. Thouroghly dissatisfied their service. I will totally avoid any dealings with this dealership. Left a bad taste. If these guys resolve my issues I will update the review. Until then, not recommended. I honestly hope I will never have to step into this showroom ever again. Update: As mentioned earlier, here is an update. They were able to track down the spare keys. But still uncertain on the block heater. Hence the status quo pretty much remains the same. More

Upon buying I looked at the hitch and proper plugs but never checked to see if it has a trailer brake control and sure enough went to go pick up my camper this weekend and there isn't one. Called the dealership to see if they can do the right thing and install one but not a chance. The sales manager admitted that it was a mistake on the sale mans part but he has since moved on to another job and she said that is why he don't work at the dealership anymore. So all I have to say is go elsewhere, if these scammers will admit to doing something wrong and not fix their mistake what else are they capable of. More

misrepresentation galore I took my nissan titan in for a suspected oil leak. I was quoted $179.00 for an engine shampoo and dye in the oil to find the leak. The next day they came back with a call saying the girl quoted wrong and it wouldn't be 179.00 it would be $229.00 to allow time to get it checked. I agreed to the new amount and they supposedly did an engine shampoo. I picked up the truck the next day and found a $384.83 bill for what was quoted at 170, then 229 now 384.00 the service advisor had the nerve to lie in front of all the staff saying she said it was an EXTRA $229.00 this is total and udder xxxxxxxx and I said you can lie to all these people but you can't lie to me I heard you, and Go Nissan misrepresented their service cost twice and left me holding the bag. When I told her I was buying a new truck and would Never come back here she said that was just fine. I wonder what the sales manager would say to that Go Nissan means GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The salesman we dealt with had no info on the car, and gave us false info as well, just to make it sound like a better deal. It's a used 2017 jeep patriot with low kms. He told us it had so many features that it actually doesn't. There was tape left on the top of the windshield that baked in the sun and has now destroyed the paint. The bluetooth isnt working, it wasnt cleaned, and after telling us it would get way better mileage than our older jeep, a full tank only gives us 400km. Our grand Cherokee gave almost 700km. We weren't allowed to test drive it because there was another vehicle blocking the way, so we went out on a limb and purchased thinking we were getting a brand new vehicle. Not impressed at all! More
