Worst experience ever!! Bought a used vehicle from go Nissan North , had an existing problem with the back up camera that the salesman tried to push off as nothing (even was Bought a used vehicle from go Nissan North , had an existing problem with the back up camera that the salesman tried to push off as nothing (even was reported on bill of sale) driving home there was a problem with the back wiper. within a week I contacted my sales guy Walid and he was useless, said He would pass it on to his manager; he ended up forgetting and ignoring me for a month, then I contact the sales manager at the time jay and got ignored. Then got in touch with Ray the new sales manager Yesterday I came to Edmonton to fix the existing problem and get turned away because they are a Nissan dealership and don’t have parts to fix my dodge. Now today I’m at a auto repair shop with a failed water pump and belt. Called Go Nissan North and was told there is nothing they can do for me. More

Scammers!! Do not purchase a vehicle from Go Nissan North! This company is a scammer 100%! purchased a truck from them 2 months ago, was told that it would be fully inspected, and everything would be fixed. Wa This company is a scammer 100%! purchased a truck from them 2 months ago, was told that it would be fully inspected, and everything would be fixed. Was told they would replace a bunch of issues, and then went to go pick it up. Thankfully I am a heavy equipment mechanic, so I put it up on a hoist and did my own inspection! I found a huge issue with the engine, as well as many things that the sales person told me would be fixed was not fixed. I was also told that a proper inspection up to AmVic would be done, but found a bunch of things that would not have passed an amvic inspection! Took it back to the dealer, had to fight about getting them to fix the issues, when they delivered the truck 1.5 months later, they had replaced the engine, but there were a bunch of other things they mentioned they would fix, that hadn't be done, as well as new issues! The truck was delivered by them to a different province since I had moved during that time, it got to me missing it's tonnau cover, had a bunch of cross threaded bolts, the struts were wrecked, and the fluid levels were low, among other issues! when I asked the dealership about these new & old issues that still hadn't been taken care of, they said they wouldn't be doing anything about them, since "they had already spent too much money while replacing the engine"!!! I had been dealing with the VP & the lead mechanic, & neither of them cared about any of these issues. I also put in a complaint with Better Business Bureau and they have not addressed it once! all of this happened, and I was lucky enough to know my way around vehicles, I can only imagine they do this all the time to people who are not vehicle savvy. More

Today was my first trip to the dealership to get an oil change. They said that I didn’t have either the maintenance package or the extended warranty. After giving me the runaround they finally agreed to change my oil. But they wanted to debate my extended warranty even after I showed them the paperwork proving I paid for it. Do not buy a car from these people. They are criminals and will try to rip you off! More
Disappointed On May 22, 2019 I purchased my replacement vehicle from Go Nissan North, as I was in a car accident recently. When I first initially called to inquir On May 22, 2019 I purchased my replacement vehicle from Go Nissan North, as I was in a car accident recently. When I first initially called to inquire about possible purchase of a new/used vehicle, I requested for my credit to be checked prior to me going to the dealership, as I wasn’t sure I would be approved. After going back and forth with Walid, I felt that I was pressured to go to the dealership. I informed Walid that my previous vehicle was a Nissan Murano and would like another one. Upon my arrival, I was shocked to see the Walid pulled up a 2017 Nissan Murano, which he informed me that I was approved for. It was above my price range but my monthly payments equaled to be the same amount as what I previously had with my Murano I wrote off. Unfortunately, it was for a lot longer term then liked. But I agreed to it. I met with the finance department, Heather, to complete the paper work. At the time of signing, I felt pressured to add additional $4000 to my loan for warranty. I was still recovering from my concussion I got from my accident and just wanted to leave the dealership, considering I had already been there for 3 hours. After all the paper work was completed, I was informed my new Murano came from BC. I grew up in BC and knew most vehicles did not have block heaters. I inquired about this, and Heather went straight to the service department to request them to have one installed prior to my pick-up day. They agreed. I had informed them I was not able to pick up my replacement vehicle until the following week, as I had not received my insurance pay out funds. They understood, and we made arrangements for me to pick up the vehicle the following week. The following week came around and my insurance pay out money had not arrived on the day expected. At this time, I informed the Heather and Walid of this. Heather, Walid and Jay kept calling, emailed and texting me in regard to this. It was already stressful time for me, and this added additional stress. The follow day, I received my funds from my insurance. Walid was kind enough to pick me up from my home to complete the final transaction at the dealership. When I was about to leave, I asked about the block heater, I was disappointed that one was not installed. Walid said it was on order. It has been 4 weeks since I purchase my 2017 Murano and I have not heard back in regard to this. Along with my block heater not installed, I discovered that there was no tire jack. Walid informed me I can buy one for like $20. After spending $37,000, one would think a block heater and a tire jack would be included. We live in Alberta, Block Heaters are mandatory. Not only am I disappointed about the block heater, but also 50% left on my tires and the lack of knowledge about when the last oil change was done. No one could answer that. In order for me to protect my new vehicle, I spent additional $140 to have an oil change. These are basic things that should have been taken care of before I pick up the vehicle. But I got a free coffee mug and a key chain. So if you want to get taken advantage of and spend way more then what you hoped, Go Nissan North is your place. More
