My wife and I went to GoAuto Nissan North to look at a new Nissan. We were totally honest with the sales person and explained that my wife had a $15,000 budget for a new car. After a Micra test drive, I asked the price of the car. They explained they need some information from us for a quote. The information was given and turned over to their finance office. I again asked the price of the car and was told they would make an offer in a few minutes. This garbage was repeated until the fifth request for the price of this car. I was then told they were getting her the best interest rate and payments on the car. I explained we don't give a rats butt about interest rates or payments, and again asked what is the fricken price of the car. He wouldn't answer. Clearly they could not meet her financial requirements at $15,000 and were trying to locate and con her into financing. After one hour and five requests for price of the car, we walked out and never did find out how much the car was. What is it with Go Auto? Do they only employ slimy liars, cheats, and thieves? We walked into Northside Nissan, who is not part of the GoAuto system, and purchased a brand new Nissan Sentra in less time than it took these GoAuto scammers to "NOT" quote us a price on one fricken car. More

Excellent service. Meggy at the service desk was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Recall on my Murano I had a notice to come in to have my ABS brakes reviewed as there was a recall. I called and got an appointment immediately; and they told me the len I had a notice to come in to have my ABS brakes reviewed as there was a recall. We came back in a few hrs and our car was ready. The staff was very friendly and reviewed all that was done to my car including checking tires etc. More
