Poor customer service They don’t deserve even 1 star. Sales rep didn’t put enough gas in the vehicle for test drive so my husband and I were stuck in the middle of interse They don’t deserve even 1 star. Sales rep didn’t put enough gas in the vehicle for test drive so my husband and I were stuck in the middle of intersection on highway for 1 hour and half. Sales rep keep laying to us. When he called us that our car was ready but actually someone else’s car was ready not ours. Sales rep didn’t provide right documents for the Registry so we had to wait for an hour. Sales rep called us that he was gonna bring a car to our home however he called last min the car was not ready again. After a few days he promised us to bring our car by the afternoon and no call until 16:00. So my husband called him and he told us our car was still not ready plus under coating was not even done at that point. We spoke to the manager because our sales re keep xxxxing up. When we were talking to manager on the phone, our sales person started giving excuse to his manager. We heard it. He was laying to his boss to cover his own xxxxups. We were being kind at first however, our sales rep took our kindness a wrong way. I don’t recommend anyone go to go auto Nissan North Edmonton. You will just waste your time. Stay away. More

Worst experience ever!! Bought a used vehicle from go Nissan North , had an existing problem with the back up camera that the salesman tried to push off as nothing (even was Bought a used vehicle from go Nissan North , had an existing problem with the back up camera that the salesman tried to push off as nothing (even was reported on bill of sale) driving home there was a problem with the back wiper. within a week I contacted my sales guy Walid and he was useless, said He would pass it on to his manager; he ended up forgetting and ignoring me for a month, then I contact the sales manager at the time jay and got ignored. Then got in touch with Ray the new sales manager Yesterday I came to Edmonton to fix the existing problem and get turned away because they are a Nissan dealership and don’t have parts to fix my dodge. Now today I’m at a auto repair shop with a failed water pump and belt. Called Go Nissan North and was told there is nothing they can do for me. More
