Took 3 days for them to fix got the car back late Friday afternoon by Saturday morning the car leaked all of its coolant and over heated. The reason why I was told is that there mechanic is not good enough to be working on cars!!!! Then why buy their warranty ? DO NOT TRUST THEIR INSPECTIONS TAKE IT TO YOUR TRUSTED MECHANIC AND GET THEM TO INSPECT BEFORE YOU END UP WITH A LEMON AS I DID. More

Bought a used car from these guys last month. Went to change the tire and couldn’t find the lug nut key. Called their service dept and was told that they couldn’t find it either when they had to change o change the tire and couldn’t find the lug nut key. Called their service dept and was told that they couldn’t find it either when they had to change one of the tires to make it ready for sale. They left three locks on the car and removed one. The used car manager said “sold as is” which is true. But when I asked was there anything I need to know I was told NO, and the mechanical condition report GO NISSAN provided did not mention this. Kinda SHADY guys!! Especially when you knew about it. So you loose a repeat customer in trade for not providing a fifty dollar ke. POOR long term strategy More
