Not a good experience. Purchased a used SUV with two conditions that they were to meet. When I went to pick up the SUV both conditions were not met, they only agreed to meet one of them which was to replace the windshield, they would not replace the fog lights. Had to leave the vehicle there longer for windshield to be done. Went back in to pick it up and there was no heat. I wasn't provided the inspection report, so requested it. Received it days later and they had checked off that the heat was working. During this time I checked the fluid levels and found the radiator and reservoir tank completely empty!! Took the vehicle back and they replaced the blower motor at no cost, so good on them for that. Also asked for a quote on rear brakes, never heard back. Followed up a second time and still no response. Will go elsewhere for service unless it is a warranty issue. Do not recommend this dealership! More
Disingenuous salesman and the manager wasted my time. Avoid this dealership. At the end of the experience the salesman decided to get really passive aggressive and condescending. Very unprofessional. Crooks , the manager, sales person and assistant manager collaborated to cheat me. I asked for an estimate on am SUV, fhe assistant manager said they would give me a deal and went and CRUNCHED the numbers a collaborated to cheat me. And when I asked how did that happen he tried to convince me to take a cheaper type of SUV 1600 over asking price . Do not go there! More
Horrible dealership. Don’t believe the price listed for used cars. They added $3000 dollars for etching serial numbers and “touch-up/detailing” after test driving. Honestly these are some of the stupidest people you'll ever have to deal with. And the service manager Danny, she's the most useless one of them all. Take your car anywhere else. Or better yet, burn it. Its not like these idiots can fix it anyway. More

Wanted 366 dollars by weekly for 9 year plus 1000 down and get get this 1500 for a block heater it would have worked out to 85,000+ are you out of your ever loving mind. More
Don't buy at Go Nissan North Edmonton. A sales guy "Thomas" trying to tell me that a $51,000 with $12,000 down payment, payments will be $368 bi-weekly. Horrible Experience, I don't have to do it but I am still taking time to write this review, this means you can understand how horrible service this dealer gives you. These people have a strategy, they make y taking time to write this review, this means you can understand how horrible service this dealer gives you. These people have a strategy, they make you starve by keeping you wait for long duration, and then starts bargaining with you. Worst people. Avoid this dealer. Fortunately, I have NARROWLY ESCAPED from these people. Stay safe and stay healthy by not going to this place. More
AVOID GO NISSAN NORTH!I purchased a used 2011 Nissan AVOID GO NISSAN NORTH! I purchased a used 2011 Nissan Juke from a private seller on October 31 of last year. I had the car inspected and everything AVOID GO NISSAN NORTH! I purchased a used 2011 Nissan Juke from a private seller on October 31 of last year. I had the car inspected and everything was fine. On February 06 of this year my car wouldn’t start. Roadside assistance hooked up the battery and said the reading was good but we could not get my car started. He thought it was a key fob issue and that I would have to go to the dealership to get it repaired. I had my car towed to Go Nissan North. Go Nissan North told me my battery needed to be replaced even though I told them it was NOT a battery issue. They replaced the battery and then the spark plugs and then the car was still not starting - they informed me the car needed an entire new engine. The car had failed a compression test. The car had just under 160000km on it. At the advise of some car - savvy friends, I took it for a second opinion at my mechanic. My mechanic found a simple broken oil valve and performed another compression test which read perfectly fine. I had the valve repaired and the oil changed and have driven it for a month now with no further issues. Clearly I did NOT need a new engine. Go Nissan had tried to get me to trade in my Juke for $1500 and buy a different used car off of them. My mechanic knows this car and printed off some records for me - the spark plugs and battery that they replaced were not even a year old, they were never the issue. My mechanic said that broken valve was the problem and that I didn’t need a battery or spark plugs, much less a brand new engine! So I’m addition to almost SCAMMING me out of a $6000 personal loss if I had traded my Juke in, I also paid Go Nissan North $650 for a battery and spark plugs that I didn’t need, and an incorrect diagnosis of what was wrong with the car. When I went to Go Nissan North today, both Dani Roy (service manager) and Ray Sinclair (general manager) refused to hold any accountability for their mistakes. They insisted that their compression and battery tests were correct and that they didn’t believe there was a broken valve that they didn’t spot. The overwhelming evidence says otherwise. I requested a full refund and they instead offered me a $100 Go Nissan gift card when I obviously have zero desire to work with them again. A report has been filed with AMVIC and hopefully between that and the power of social media, people can avoid this place and not get scammed as I almost was. More
