Good people - except One Hey, My sale person was great to deal with but the manager was kind of slimy. Didn't want to give me my trade-in keys, kept telling me my trade was Hey, My sale person was great to deal with but the manager was kind of slimy. Didn't want to give me my trade-in keys, kept telling me my trade wasn't worth anything (even though another dealership valued it higher), said he was waiting for a call back from the used car broker and magically when I told him I was leaving because after an hour of waiting they couldn't get me the price I needed - even though on the phone I was told they could do it. Once I was tired of being pressured by the Manager and waiting on him to make decisions, I started to leave and then he magically got a call back... at 8pm at night - yeah. sure. I also had to tell him he was being slimy so he would give my keys back - finally. I was very annoyed with the manager. In the end I think I got a good deal - the sales person and the finance person were great. I had to go to the service bay a few days after buying my car to get the 3M put on and the service department was awesome. More

He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, helpful, honest, and genuine. After going to 8+ dealerships on the southside of Edmonton, I was most impressed with Mazda's cars and customer service. It was my first time ever buying a car so I had a lot of questions, but Jason and the rest of the Mazda team guided us through the process smoothly. I am super happy with my Mazda CX-5, it has everything I wanted and more. I would reccomend this car and this dealership to my friends/family and I would definately go back to them when it is time to buy a new car. More

He never once pressured a sale - he gave information honestly and allowed me to take my time which was so valuable. Initially I was very cautious and hesitant especially as a female shopping on my own! Jason made me feel very comfortable and confident about my decisions. He is top shelf and his knowledge of vehicles validates his expertise.
