Recall service Service area opened promptly and I was warmly welcomed. I had all my info for the service as well as questions on optional recall questions. Robyn looked them up and said the 2 recalls would be done today at no charge. I inquired about a loaner for the day - i opted originally not to take one when I made the appointment. He offered me a loaner rental at no charge as the shuttle and a dealer loaner were not available. Yay!!! Letting me know when the car was ready was great, too! I would like to make a small comment - I was distracted by the background noise in the service area as well as the 'musack' playing over the intercom / phone system at the service desk (too loud??). I wanted to make sure I had and was giving Robyn all the info necessary for my service. I found it a little difficult to 'listen'. Great service and experience. Thank you!! More

In my initial visit, he showed us three vehicles that met the needs I had communicated to him. We thought we had found a match in our second vehicle, but when we really put that list to the test, discovered we had overlooked some characteristics that were actually essential. Melvin was patient with us and when we set up our third visit, had the perfect vehicle for us and it was a sale! A few bumps (to be expected when purchasing a previously owned vehicle) were sorted out by the service department and we now have our new vehicle ready to hit the road for our outdoor adventures. In our dealings with Melvin, we found him to have high integrity and excellent followup. If I ever have to purchase another vehicle, I hope Melvin is available to guide me/us through the process. Very, very trustworthy. More
