But when we found a car the we liked, it turned to be driven 200k kilometres or something like that. A few cars were overpriced on marketplace. But we found a Toyota Camry LE model and was driven around 90k kilometres. Almost like new! The engine was as quiet as it could be and the seats were comfy. And it was in our budget too! Also, inside was a coffee machine that was totally free! The options were, “Black coffee, mocha, hot chocolate, etc.” The employees were really kind. Highly recommend if you want to buy a new or 2nd hand car! More

My wife and I went to see a BRZ Sport Tech with heated seats they had advertised on both Autotrader.ca and the company website for $26,997. The experience was what you would expect in the used car industry. Upon arriving at the lot we found a BRZ that was priced at $30,099 and matched the colour in the ad online. A younger female sales associate came to assist us and I showed her the ad and asked if this was the correct vehicle. She confirmed it was and departed to grab the key so we could take a look inside. Upon her return we sat inside only to find out it did not have heated seats and was a base model. When I questioned her about the ad price and consistency, she stated that the price online has the $2000.00 discount "if you qualify" but you must be financing through the dealership first. When I pressed her further about the fact the car specifications weren't as advertised and on how to qualify for the "discount", she immediately became quite flustered, then visibly upset and left to find someone who "knew about these cars". She passed us onto the dealership's assistant manager Lance Torkos. This manager was rude, defensive and very lacking in professionalism and customer service. He came in with that toxic used car dealer swagger and bluster that this industry is known for. When I asked questions about the trim and price inconsistencies, he told me that the ads are automatically generated from the VIN and "mistakes happen". The price and car is as we see it and the $2000.00 dollar discount is how the vehicle went from $30,099 to $26,997. Further, he intimated I should be happy since it's such a "good deal". I informed him that there is a vehicle down the street at the Porsche dealer for $2000.00 less that is a year newer and has the same mileage, his response was that "every car is different and that I should leave and go buy it". Within seconds of sitting in the car you can see there are no heated seats, so I am immediately suspect of any company that messes up such simple details. Either the team at Langley Mitsubishi is totally incompetent or has deceptive advertising and marketing practices, which one it is I cannot say based on my limited experience. So take Lance Torkos's advice! go down the street and shop elsewhere than this place unless you want the type of treatment that gives used car dealers a bad name. To recap the main issues were as follows: 1. The vehicle advertised on the company site and autotrader.ca was not a sport tech, it was actually a base model. 2. The $26,997 price advertised was not the price, I was told that price is $30,099 and the $26,997 includes the $2,000 discount which doesn't add up. 3. Even after asking I was unable to find out whether the $2000.00 discount automatically comes from financing with the dealership or if there are other requirements so I was unable to know the true price of the vehicle. 4. The team was uninformed, rude and the online advertisements don't match the specs and price on the lot. More
This is a great place to get a quality vehicle at a good price. Our Outlander PHEV is flawless. Maintenance costs are minimal.
