Most unprofessional and unhelpful I called today to follow up for the mats what Todd promised during the negotiation I had with him while buying my outlander . To my surprise he backed I called today to follow up for the mats what Todd promised during the negotiation I had with him while buying my outlander . To my surprise he backed out and spoke pretty arrogantly stating that he is a sales manager and I should deal with the guy who handed over the car to me . I must say Todd gave me the impression of kind of mean and unprofessional sales guy .He turned his back like a mean sales guy who turns his back after the deal is over . Please avoid Todd . Lance is still fine I hope the owners read this and take some corrective actions so that Todd doesn’t spoil the good reputation of this dealership. More

Wolff Mitsubishi far surpassed everyone with their knowledge of the vehicle they were selling as well as all the gadgets so I bought an Outlander. I am very happy with it. He disappeared about 20 Mins and told me he is not sure what happened to the vehicle. Wasted half an hour of my time. Went straight to Hyundai down the road, saw something that I liked for $23,000. taking my son there next week and if he likes it will purchase it for him. More
