Problems Solved Issues have now been resolved as of November 20, 2015. I've been waiting for weeks to be contacted about having my defective rearview mirror replac Issues have now been resolved as of November 20, 2015. I've been waiting for weeks to be contacted about having my defective rearview mirror replaced. I was told that the part takes 3 days to bring in and that I would be contacted as soon as it arrived to book service. Previous experience has left me chasing this dealership for information and service so this time I decided to see how long it would actually take without me following up. So far it's just like I expected... I'm thinking this review won't be posted to Facebook like all of the good ones but since they want to promote this review system so heavily on social media I figured that I would make sure that those interested enough to look further get an accurate picture of the good and the bad. At this point I regret buying from Autohaus and would not recommend them. I did not receive a copy of my purchase paperwork until I chased for it... There was a small paint chip noticed at the time of purchase that I was told I'd be contacted to have fixed as well... Still waiting on that one too even though it was recorded on a "we owe you" form which I also never received a copy of. More

A valiant but unsucessful attempt to solve my problem My cruise control became suddenly non-functional. My reception by Tristan was courteous and professional. From what I read on my invoice the service tech attempted several ways to identify and address the matter with my cruise control but was unsuccessful. Because your dealership did not have the control module that was deemed necessary in stock I am left with no solution and double labour costs if I decide to order the part which may or may not be a solution. For this I am not happy. Further to this, my front passenger side VW hubcap was cracked somehow during my visit. Since no one came forward to take responsibility I did not make an issue of it since past experience with damage to a front fender in the past was also not dealt with by the previous dealership owner. I was told "I couldn't prove it" therefore no solution was offered. This, in my opinion is typical of the industry so in this case I glued the cracked hubcap myself. I am not likely going to pursue my cruise control issue in the near future as the estimate was too expensive for me at this time. More

Amazing experience!! I came in from Saskatchewan and visited for an oil change. Ray and I struck up a conversation about me car. I mentioned I wished I had a Passat becaus I came in from Saskatchewan and visited for an oil change. Ray and I struck up a conversation about me car. I mentioned I wished I had a Passat because it is bigger than my Jetta. I also wanted it in TDI and standard. Ray found me the exact car and it was affordable and easy to exchange keys for a new one. I highly recommend Autohaus in Winnipeg and especially Ray as he was professional and easy to work with. KUDOS TO Ray. More
