Went in for service left with a new GLI. Michael had lots of time for my questions, made me feel at ease and was very enthusiastic of the VW brand. I decided on a 2015 Golf with low mileage and great features. I didn't want to lose the opportunity of purchasing this great car so the decision was made and Michael sorted out the details. And all this in the the final days of 2015.
