With Michaels knowledge on not only Volkswagen but Honda and many other car brands I ended up driving away that day in a brand new Volkswagen Jetta! I originally went in thinking an older used vehicle was the way to go, but after realizing the warrenty VW offers and how beautiful a new vehicle is and just the peace of mind of knowing I'm well taken care of, I'm glad I got a new, warrenty covered, sparkly vehicle my whole family enjoys! Michael Rodrigues was a fabulous sales consultant and not only did he get me a great deal, he also put himself in my shoes and really showed me things about the vehicles I liked that he knew I would love! Financing was lovely as well, prem took very good care of us and even shared a few laughs! From the parking lot, to the sales floor, to the finance office, I have had a easy and pleasant experience. The staff was also very fun and charismatic too! The sales manager Cody wood was very helpful whenever Michael needed him. Any questions we had were answered within seconds and the positivity these two had together- what a great team!! More

Solstice I was greeted by Hayden when I arrived at the dealership to enquire about a used sports car and although the car wasn't at the dealership she undertoo I was greeted by Hayden when I arrived at the dealership to enquire about a used sports car and although the car wasn't at the dealership she undertook to advise me when/ if it returned . I was happy to receive her call that the car was indeed available and subsequently she was very helpful in arranging my purchase of the car. I now understand that Hayden is quite new to the car sales business , but she was very professional and competent was able to either give me an answer to a question or find out an answer quickly. In dealings with Premini and Jonny as well as with Hayden I felt like they all really cared about my satisfaction with my purchase a feeling which you don't often get in that business. More
