I didn't end up buying from her, simply because, after some number crunching, the car available ended up being out of my price range. We negotiated a fair price for both cars (separate deals) and were happy with both deals. Every piece of dealing with Wayne and his manager Cody has been amazing! Great deal, amazing customer service and truly honest business practices. The entire experience can be summed up in one story: We realized a week after buying & driving my daughters car that the front light was out of alignment. Upon closer inspection the light appeared pushed in and both the front panels touching it were out of alignment. I brought this to Wayne's attention who promptly called the old owner who knew of no damage. Wayne then went and looked at the photos from the advertisement and was able to determine indeed the damage existed prior to sale. Wayne and Cody told me 100% that is their problem and they will fix it. They expressed regret for not noticing it prior. In fairness to everyone we took possession at night and since it is not a car I drive we never noticed until the very first time I drove it. These things happen. But the honesty and integrity shown by Knight VW/Auto Haus - is outstanding. You will not be disappointed in dealing with them. More

I originally went in thinking an older used vehicle was the way to go, but after realizing the warrenty VW offers and how beautiful a new vehicle is and just the peace of mind of knowing I'm well taken care of, I'm glad I got a new, warrenty covered, sparkly vehicle my whole family enjoys! Michael Rodrigues was a fabulous sales consultant and not only did he get me a great deal, he also put himself in my shoes and really showed me things about the vehicles I liked that he knew I would love! Financing was lovely as well, prem took very good care of us and even shared a few laughs! From the parking lot, to the sales floor, to the finance office, I have had a easy and pleasant experience. The staff was also very fun and charismatic too! The sales manager Cody wood was very helpful whenever Michael needed him. Any questions we had were answered within seconds and the positivity these two had together- what a great team!! More
