Be careful in you deal making (Edited) I was looking for a Toyota Prius and found a 2012 at a good price at Knight Autohaus. After a couple of emails with Mr. Wen, I called to set (Edited) I was looking for a Toyota Prius and found a 2012 at a good price at Knight Autohaus. After a couple of emails with Mr. Wen, I called to set up a test drive. I was passed to Matthew Melo as Mr. Wen was not working that night, and Matthew had been the one involved with the initial trade-in of the vehicle. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured at any point in my decision making process, which actually helped me decide more quickly. His easy-going manner made this major purchase decision completely painless, and I would never hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to go deal with him! 4 months later: I was made a verbal promise when making the deal that Mr. Melo failed to record, and therefore the dealer is now not following through on this portion of the deal, and essentially told me that I was lying when I told him that this was what he had said. If you are going to purchase a vehicle here, double- and triple-check to make sure that everything is recorded. (This was after I had to go back because the things that were actually written down in the deal were not followed through on before I initially picked up my vehicle.) The only reason I am still giving three stars is because the service department has been kind, helpful, and upfront. More
