The customer service I received from salesman Jarret Mazur was outstanding. When I dealt with him to buy an Atlas, he proved himself to be so honest, trustworthy, and reliable that I was comfortable allowing my elderly parents to visit him to negotiate the purchase of a Tiguan, which they had been admiring for several years. They have been lied to and taken advantage of in the past when purchasing a vehicle and I would normally go with them to closely scrutinize every detail of the process to ensure that my parents' best interests would not be compromised. I let my parents go to see Jarret without me and my trust in Jarret was not misplaced. He looked after my parents with the care and concern that they deserved and he got them the vehicle they wanted at the price they wanted. Not to be overlooked was the skilled negotiating done by the Finance Manager Primini Ismath with the finance companies to make our dreams come true. She truly went the extra mile for us. Be careful in you deal making (Edited) I was looking for a Toyota Prius and found a 2012 at a good price at Knight Autohaus. After a couple of emails with Mr. Wen, I called to set (Edited) I was looking for a Toyota Prius and found a 2012 at a good price at Knight Autohaus. After a couple of emails with Mr. Wen, I called to set up a test drive. I was passed to Matthew Melo as Mr. Wen was not working that night, and Matthew had been the one involved with the initial trade-in of the vehicle. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured at any point in my decision making process, which actually helped me decide more quickly. His easy-going manner made this major purchase decision completely painless, and I would never hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to go deal with him! 4 months later: I was made a verbal promise when making the deal that Mr. Melo failed to record, and therefore the dealer is now not following through on this portion of the deal, and essentially told me that I was lying when I told him that this was what he had said. If you are going to purchase a vehicle here, double- and triple-check to make sure that everything is recorded. (This was after I had to go back because the things that were actually written down in the deal were not followed through on before I initially picked up my vehicle.) The only reason I am still giving three stars is because the service department has been kind, helpful, and upfront. More
